Whether you are new to meditation or seasoned in the practice, all are welcome!
Studies have proven the existence of a ripple effect of peace in the surrounding environment when a group meditates together. It also collectively unifies and adds strength to your intentions.

Each week Jillian expertly guides the group in a different themed meditation that offers you an opportunity to learn more about your inner self. Plan to leave with a feeling of serenity and wholeness.
