December's Full Moon is the last of 2019!

Known as the "Cold Moon" or the "Long Nights Moon", on 12/12 the moon shifts into Gemini which manifests itself by the need for changes and spontaneity. This is the time to feel safe in thinking about your feelings and sharing them with others.
It is the perfect time to reflect on:

- those qualities which you do and do not like about yourself,
- how you've handled the trials and challenges you've faced over the past months, and
- an evaluation of how you are currently living life vs. how you want to live it moving forward.
